We pride ourselves on choosing high quality wheats to make a variety of whole grain pasta including; einkorn, spelt, Khorasan, durum and locally grown red winter “smith’s gold” as well as select semolina wheat varieties. Our premium pastas are ideal for people who value hand-crafted foods and enjoy easy dinners made with quality ingredients.
